Salmon roll with chervil

What you need:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream 18%
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chervil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • grated lemon peel
  • chopped peppercorns

Smear a thin layer of sour cream on the tortillas. Sprinkle with a bit of fresh chervil and dill. Add the salmon and sprinkle with more herbs. Then sprinkle with freshly grinded pepper and grated lemon peel.

Roll the pancakes together and put them in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut them into 2 cm wide slices and serve on crisp lettuce.

Perfect as a starter or for buffet.
