Bean salad with parsley

What you need:

  • 100 g dried white beans
  • 100 g of kidney beans
  • 1/2 bag of fresh parsley
  • 6 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon soup
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream 18%
  • sea salt
  • grinded peppercorns

Put the beans in water. They must lie overnight. Pour the water and boil in fresh water for approx. 1 hour or until they are tender. Let them cool off.

Chop the parsley roughly and whip the dressing together.

Turn it together and serve with braised beef.
