What you need:
- 3 dl fresh coriander
- 2 dl olive oil
- 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Blend, to dressing is almost completely even in texture. Taste dressing with salt and pepper.
Dressing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator covered.
